In the first and most important step, we spend a great deal of time with you, walking around the property and listening to your thoughts and priorities. Our purpose is to ascertain how the space will be used and to determine your personal style. From this vital information, we create a design proposal and budget. Step Two: Design Plan |

Our team of talented designers will create hand-rendered, detailed drawings taking into consideration property conditions like the path of the sun and areas of shade. We review the master plan with you, walking you through each and every element of the design. Again, your input is important to us, and we will make revisions based on your feedback. |

Step Three: Implementing |

Once the master design plan meets your satisfaction and the budget is finalized, we begin the site preparation and construction phase. Owner Kurt Bongiovanni is very hands-on and you can expect to see him working with the crew 95% of the time. Joseph Liana, the landscape designer, also works on-site, hand-selecting plants and overseeing every detail of the transformation.
